The resort lies within the canton of Valais (Wallis) and is situated north of the Rhone Valley road between Sion and Brig. The chalet is positioned on the Alp some 450m above Wiler in a small holiday village called Fischbiel.
Easily accessible from either Geneva, Zurich or Bern, the valley can be as perfect a location for a long weekend as for a two week holiday. Take the train or drive - the choice is yours. Transport on Lauchernalp is available by bus take the lift in the cable car station to the lowest level and a tracked vehicle will be available every half hour in high season but in low season there is a reduced service.
